Make Deposits/Down-Payments
If the talent requires you make a down-payment to book them for their service/performance, you may do so in confidence via Event Visionary Escrow.
Funds are held in Escrow
Your deposited funds are held in escrow for a period of time until you approve/reject the payment.
Approve Payments
Once your hired talent has completed their performance, approve the payment to complete the processing.
Reject Payments
If you are unsatisfied with a service, or the service was not provided, you may withhold the payment from the other party until the service is provided, or you may completely cancel the transaction.
Identity Verification
We make sure people involved in the transaction are who they say they are. This way, promoters lower their risk and avoid getting potentially scammed by untrustworthy individuals.
Dispute Transactions
If the talent did not perform to the initial agreement, you may negotiate the initial agreed upon rate, and if you cannot come to agreement, your case may enter the dispute process.
